  • Withdrawal After Course Start Date: Once a course has begun, no refunds can be claimed.

  • In the email, provide your full name, course name, transaction mode, transaction slip and the reason for your refund request.

  • For the security and safety of our customers, we can ask the additional information from the customer for verification purposes.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive the documents and request at your end, our team will verify it. After successful verification refund will be processed within 90 business days of receiving your refund request and any required documentation.
  • The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
